Job Description: The Coordinating Family Assistance Professional will be responsible for providing support and assistance to military families in need. This includes providing program support to Soldiers, families, and Government Service (GS) Civilians assigned to the command, updating HQ USAREC Soldier and Family support services website and platforms, conducting wellness training, and reviewing Armed Services (AS) Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA) Gym Membership Independent Duty Personnel (IDP) requests. Additionally, the candidate will provide guidance and training to SFAs and SFRGs on how to use and input Volunteer Hours and Volunteer Records into Volunteer Management Information System and prepare and print volunteer awards. The successful candidate will have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in social science field, business, public administration, or related field is required, with a master's degree preferred. The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
