Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist management in achieving/exceeding departmental monthly budgets.
  • Implement department initiatives to increase efficiency while maintaining a positive demeanor and work environment towards guests and team members.
  • Ensure team members are using company-approved scripts when speaking to guests.
  • Perform the duties of team members to provide coverage as needed.
  • Communicate customer needs and interests to management to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate information to prospective clients regarding the area's locations and activities.
  • Ensure In House team members consistently have all tools and collateral to perform their job stocked at their respective locations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the vacation ownership industry.
  • Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience in the marketing/vacation ownership industry.
  • Flexible to work varied days and shifts, including weekends, and/or holidays.
