Our RNs play a crucial role in providing quality care in post-acute care facilities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with medical staff to create comprehensive care plans, delivering treatments and administering medications, reviewing care options with physicians, and educating residents and their families on best care practices. You'll also oversee the setup and monitoring of medical equipment, ensure adherence to nursing standards and facility policies, draw fluids for lab analysis, train and supervise nurses and support staff, and accurately document medical interventions and histories.

To excel in this role, you should possess a graduation from an approved nursing program and at least 4 months of experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings.
