About the Role
Community Health Programs, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CHP Lee Family Practice in Massachusetts.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide advanced primary and specialty nursing services, performing patient health assessments, creating strategies to improve or manage a patient's health, and introducing habits for health promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in practice call schedules
- Maintain board certification and other required certifications
- Manage patient medical records within the electronic health record system
- Submit patient charges in a timely manner
- Support the organization's mission, vision, and values
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high-quality patient care
- Develop and maintain innovative approaches to patient care
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- Licensure through the USMLE and active unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
- Specialty board certification or obtaining such within one year of hire
- Prior experience as a nurse practitioner (preferably 3+ years)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (a plus)
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $104,500 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
