About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ichgcp. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company to external and internal customers, responding to product-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take orders over the phone and manage web-based ordering, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Enter and maintain customer database records, preparing and maintaining status reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve customer credits, returns, and quality assurance complaints.
  • Approve allocation of stock in short supply, special price quotations, and bids, ensuring optimal service levels.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Customer service or order entry experience, with strong keyboarding accuracy and speed.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • P2000 and order enter/AS400 experience, with proficiency in Lotus and Microsoft Windows software.
