Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior services and instructional support to students in need. The BCBA will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and providing IEP case management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of student behaviors
  • Provide direct behavioral services and instruction to students
  • Support teachers and staff in implementing behavioral interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and ensure that behavioral goals are aligned with student needs
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure success
  • Provide staff training on behavioral strategies and interventions
Qualifications:
  • BCBA certification required
  • Experience working in a school setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple caseloads and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff
