About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of patient progress and care plans.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
