Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Inc is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential properties.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including tubs, showers, commodes, and mirrors.
- Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including stoves, ovens, refrigerators, and sweep floors.
- Vacuum and dust apartments, including furniture and fixtures.
- Load dishes into the dishwasher and turn it on.
- Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items.
- Replace dirty towels with clean ones and replace dirty bed linens and make the bed.
- Remove debris from balconies and patios.
- Observe precautions required to protect property and report damage, theft, and found articles to the Supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- No previous experience required.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and practices.
- Ability to read and write in English; ability to read and write and Spanish preferred.
- Ability to consistently and reliably meet work schedule expectations.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
