Seasonal Brand Representative

The Lucid Motors team is seeking highly skilled and dedicated part-time seasonal associates to support our studio teams during peak operating hours.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour for this exciting opportunity.
As a Seasonal Brand Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their visit.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering customer contact information
- Scheduling test drives
- Referring high-potential leads to Sales Specialists
- DIRECTING GUESTS TO THE MOST APPROPRIATE POINT OF CONTACT
- Supporting the studio team with various tasks as needed
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Previous experience in customer-facing industries such as food service, retail, or hospitality
- Patience and professionalism
In order to be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Be available to work flexible hours, including extended holiday hours, weekends, and holidays
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a High School diploma or equivalent
- Be authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available)
- Meet physical requirements, which include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods
Please note that we estimate the salary range for this position to be around $25-$35 per hour, depending on location and experience. The estimated annual salary would be approximately $52,000-$72,000.
