Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Project Coordinator Professional II/III to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to the NREL Solar Program Manager in coordinating project documentation across the NREL Solar portfolio. This includes tracking and reporting of information relevant to NREL Solar's performance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide coordination across the SETO PIs and Project Controllers (PCs) to ensure project information is completed accurately and tracked for quality and consistency.
  • Support in tracking and monitoring Program competitive opportunities, interests and responses.
  • Work closely with staff across the lab to ensure project and reporting information quality.
  • Ensure the documentation for effective project management and coordination with DOE are in place between NREL and DOE.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant education/experience.
  • General knowledge and frequent use of project management techniques, theories and concepts.
  • Substantial knowledge of technical field and standards.
  • Good interpersonal, conflict resolution, teaming and communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $73,200 - $120,800, depending on qualifications and experience.
