About the RoleIn this role, you will serve as a liaison with customers, managing and monitoring existing relationships on an ongoing basis. You will work closely with the business unit and other departments to provide an exceptional customer experience.
You will be responsible for partnering with the Relationship Team to obtain and review information required for underwriting, documentation, and closing of commercial and industrial loans, as well as all deposit accounts and other services.
You will set up, process, and monitor documents and files for package completion, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. You will also independently prepare data input sheets and provide required information for customer relationships to be boarded on the bank's servicing system.
You will maintain files with all required documentation for third-party review and prepare files for timely audits. You will work with attorneys and other financial or legal resources to obtain the correct, accurate documents to fully protect the financial institution's interests in the credit relationship.
You will analyze property and liability insurance, title policy, and UCC searches to ensure compliance with bank policy and procedure.
About YouWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in banking, loan administration, and documentation. You should have a Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related discipline, and 4-7 years of experience in the industry.
You should have strong knowledge of commercial finance, law, documentation, accounting, and data systems. You should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
You should be able to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage internal and external customer relationships. You should also have proficiency with personal computers and related software packages, such as Word and Excel.
WorkstyleThis is a fully onsite role, and we are open to hiring in California, Oregon, and Washington. We offer a competitive total rewards package, including base wages and comprehensive benefits.
The pay range for this role is $32.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
