About the Role
This is a full-time direct hire position that offers a competitive salary of $95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse customer base across a defined territory, ensuring timely and effective delivery of technical support services.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and quality issues, utilizing your strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge to resolve complex problems.
- Perform equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance, adhering to safety protocols and safe driving practices.
- Optimize inventory levels and deliver value-added services to customers, leveraging data analytics to enhance performance.
- Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout.
Requirements
- Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering background, with strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Daily travel to client sites within a 3-hour radius of Baltimore, MD, with occasional overnight stays required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as well as proficiency in performing technical and mechanical field testing.
- Local to the Baltimore, MD area, with a willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
