Job Title: Field Sales Representative

At Mike's Hard, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of our brand plans in the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement wholesaler plans and execute distributor incentive programs
  • Ensure key account execution and track market conditions through MABIlity tool
  • Provide weekly retail/market recap of execution and performance, and offer manager feedback using MABIlity tool
  • Work with team members on regular basis in the field, sharing best practices and coordinating in-market execution/activation drives
  • Monitor and evaluate personal performance on a monthly basis to identify areas for growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 1-2+ years' experience working with wholesalers in the beverage category or CPG
  • Strong analytical and math skills for budgeting and analysis
  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) - ability to develop and present
  • Ability to travel as necessary
