Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Participate in sales and marketing events, promoting the value of our products and services to members.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly wage range of $16.00 to $23.00.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
