Lead Customer Service Representative

At Circle K, we're looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and leading a team of Customer Service Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service, resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the training and development of new Customer Service Representatives, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Perform shift supervision, ensuring the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Complete all store merchandise build-to's, ensuring accurate and timely inventory management.
  • Receive and verify vendor deliveries, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of merchandise.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
