Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the manufacturing facility

  • Manage expenses and seek cost reduction strategies while enhancing workflow and safety
  • Ensure quality control and timely delivery of products to clients
  • Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee quality and timely supply deliveries
  • Promote efficiency improvements and boost productivity
  • Assess and select optimal contract manufacturing and service providers
  • Effectively manage the interests of various business partners
  • Exhibit strong decision-making abilities and active listening skills
  • Regularly communicate business and operational updates to all staff
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through employee involvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial manufacturing
  • Proven understanding of manufacturing operations, maintenance, and engineering principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated capability to motivate, organize, and make strategic decisions
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team

Compensation:

$150,000 - $200,000 plus a 20% bonus
