Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Facilities Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Amenities and Events: Support the planning and execution of events, including room setup and breakdown, and ensure that all necessary amenities are available.
  • Triage and Issue Resolution: Make on-the-spot decisions to resolve issues and assign tasks to facilities coordinators as needed.
  • Facilities Services: Execute facilities and maintenance tasks, manage the movement of furniture, and reconcile purchase card reports for vendors.
  • Coordination and Support: Collaborate with the leader of Facilities Services to determine project-related tasks and responsibilities, track and prioritize daily and weekly tasks, and provide ad-hoc support as needed.
  • Security, Protocol, and Reception: Partner with Security to support coverage for Reception at the front desk, including the greeting of visitors and employees, management of deliveries, and answering phones when needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 4 or more years of experience in Facilities Services required; 1 or more years of experience in a Corporate environment preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds 25% of the time.
