Job Overview:
Tech Mahindra, an IT Scout company, seeks a skilled TCAS - System Engineer to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves working on Next-Generation and New Product Development projects for TCAS/Collision Avoidance, Transponder and Surveillance Avionics.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and provide innovative solutions. You will also stay updated with industry trends and advancements in TCAS/Collision Avoidance, CN&S and Avionics technologies.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics. Additionally, you should have 7-10+ years of Systems Engineering Experience, experience in Traffic and Surveillance Avionics systems, knowledge of System design, software and hardware for Transponder and surveillance Avionics, and strong customer interaction skills.

Benefits:
The pay range for this role is $80k-$120k including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).

Location and Visa Requirements:
This role requires a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or having protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or having the ability to obtain an export authorization.
