About the Role

L3 Technologies is seeking a talented Software Engineer - Avionics Systems to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Aviation Solutions team, you will be responsible for enhancing technical capabilities through rapid ideation, prototyping, flight testing, and gathering customer inputs.

In this role, you will work as a technology generalist with large design freedom to identify effective solutions, complementing electrical design work with software tasks. You will also design and develop embedded software for avionics systems, understand, utilize, and improve internal processes and tools for software development, and learn and apply new techniques and skills on every project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop embedded software for avionics systems.
  • Complement electrical design work with software tasks.
