Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our team at SHS TPS FX. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Accounting Manager, Director of Hotel Accounting, and General Manager with various accounting and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile, analyze, and report financial data to support the accounting department.
  • Assist in the payment of corporate bills and the collection of debts.
  • Enforce financial and inventory controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of company financial rules and policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Process cash disbursements and cash receipts, and perform month-end close reconciliation.
  • Perform general cashier duties and work with third-party OTAs to resolve issues.
  • Investigate and process chargebacks, and maintain internal audit records.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with Excel skills a must.
  • FOSSE experience preferred.
