Job Title: Dermatopathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dermatopathologist to join our team at ProPath Associates. As a key member of our dermatopathology division, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate diagnoses and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate diagnoses of skin specimens, utilizing your expertise in anatomic pathology and dermatology.
  • Provide microscopic dictations and gross evaluations as needed, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and clients to provide quality medical care and customer service.
  • Participate in educational programs with residents and fellows, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Contribute to Tumor Board, Grand Rounds, and professional society meetings, staying up-to-date on the latest developments in dermatopathology.
  • Assist with research projects, helping to advance our understanding of skin diseases and improve patient outcomes.
  • Participate in division or company-wide activities, promoting our services and advancing our mission.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D./D.O.) with completion of residency training in dermatology or pathology.
  • Board Certification in Anatomic Pathology and/or Dermatology.
  • A minimum of 1-4 years' experience, including fellowship training in dermatopathology.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
