Key Responsibilities

1) Patient Transport Duties: Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting licensed healthcare practitioners in various settings, including the Operating Room, Pre-Operative, and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit.
  • Preparing necessary equipment for patient transport and aiding in the safe lifting and positioning of patients.

2) Inventory Management Responsibilities: As part of the materials management team, you will:

  • Support the Materials Manager in maintaining optimal inventory levels aligned with usage needs.
  • Act as the primary contact for inventory management in the absence of the Materials Manager, which includes:
  • Placing orders through the company's inventory system.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Documenting inventory receipts and reconciling discrepancies between packing slips and actual received quantities.
  • Conducting quarterly physical inventory counts alongside the manager.
  • Proficiency in Excel is advantageous.
