Key Responsibilities1) Patient Transport Duties: Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting licensed healthcare practitioners in various settings, including the Operating Room, Pre-Operative, and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit.
- Preparing necessary equipment for patient transport and aiding in the safe lifting and positioning of patients.
2) Inventory Management Responsibilities: As part of the materials management team, you will:
- Support the Materials Manager in maintaining optimal inventory levels aligned with usage needs.
- Act as the primary contact for inventory management in the absence of the Materials Manager, which includes:
- Placing orders through the company's inventory system.
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Documenting inventory receipts and reconciling discrepancies between packing slips and actual received quantities.
- Conducting quarterly physical inventory counts alongside the manager.
- Proficiency in Excel is advantageous.
