Coffee Shop Barista

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Barista to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a Coffee Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks, in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee bar, customer seating area, and surrounding spaces.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, coffee preparation, and store operations.

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
