Position Overview:
A prominent independent insurance brokerage is in search of a skilled Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to enhance their operations.
In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of intricate accounts, including both familiar and emerging risk categories.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and needs.
Facilitate the renewal process, including marketing initiatives in collaboration with underwriting partners.
Ensure the precise and timely management of policy-related tasks (endorsements, certificates, cancellations, audits, reports) alongside other account managers and support staff.
Deliver coverage assessments, risk management advice, negotiate with insurers, and prepare detailed proposals.
Location: Fully remote for qualified candidates residing in specific states.
Qualifications:
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance, particularly in client management. Experience with middle market accounts is essential, along with a valid state insurance license.
