- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care services, including admission, treatment, and discharge
- Participate in Performance Improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and care processes
- Provide exceptional patient care and service to patients of all ages, from neonate to geriatric
- RN with current license to practice nursing in the State of Texas
- Experience in utilizing severity of illness/intensity of service criteria
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
