Regional Sales Manager for North East Central Area

Vita Coco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the North East Central area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with distributors and retail partners, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities- Region Business Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for the North East Central region, aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Distributor Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of distributor needs and preferences, identifying areas for mutual benefit.
- Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as volume, distribution, and retail execution targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, analyzing trends and patterns to inform future strategies.
- People Management:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure success.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Market Development, Marketing, Brand, Regional/National Accounts, Business Insights, and Operations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on sales progress and insights into market trends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years of professional sales experience; at least 3-5 years of sales leadership experience.
- Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong business acumen and relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 75% within the market.
