About the Job

We're seeking a skilled Precision Metal Components Operator to join our team as a 1st or 2nd Shift Robot Operator/Ceramic Mold-making. You'll operate three and six-axis robots to produce ceramic molds for our advanced investment casting process.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Input work instructions for individual jobs on 3 axis and 6 axis dipping robots
    • Troubleshoot issues
    • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
    • Document and maintain records in manufacturing software system
    • Add materials for mixing ceramic slurry maintaining accurate specifications and chemistry
    • Regulate humidity and temperature levels to ensure consistency
    • Hand dip wax components into slurry and sand mixtures
    • Remove sand/excess from ceramic molds
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have basic computer knowledge, ability to read instructions and follow directions accurately, basic communication skills, and ability to multi-task and alternate workstations. Robot operator experience is preferred.

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $55,000-$65,000, depending on location and experience.
