Job Summary

The High-Tech Metalcraft Specialist will work hands-on with our precision metal casting team in Oxford, MI. This role involves assisting in the metal components finishing process, including grinding, belting, deburring, color blasting, operating machinery, and ensuring quality standards are met. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will learn to follow safety protocols and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing and finishing processes (preferred but not required)
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively in a team
  • The ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly

Compensation and Advancement Opportunities
