About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Advanced Manufacturing Technician to join our team as a 1st or 2nd Shift Robot Operator/Ceramic Mold-making. As a crucial member of our team, you'll operate three and six-axis robots to produce ceramic molds for our advanced investment casting process.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Input work instructions for individual jobs on 3 axis and 6 axis dipping robots
    • Troubleshoot issues
    • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
    • Document and maintain records in manufacturing software system
    • Add materials for mixing ceramic slurry maintaining accurate specifications and chemistry
    • Regulate humidity and temperature levels to ensure consistency
    • Hand dip wax components into slurry and sand mixtures
    • Remove sand/excess from ceramic molds
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess basic computer knowledge, ability to read instructions and follow directions accurately with limited supervision, basic communication skills, and ability to multi-task and alternate workstations. Robot operator experience is preferred.
