Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed or License Eligible Psychologist to:
- Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and evaluations.
- Design and execute treatment strategies grounded in evidence-based methodologies.
- Utilize your preferred therapeutic approach, whether it be individual or couples/family therapy, with a commitment to maintaining a full-time schedule of 25 or more client sessions weekly.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Engage in case discussions and contribute to collaborative treatment planning.
- Pursue ongoing education and professional growth.
- Comply with all professional, ethical, and legal standards as outlined by your governing body.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited institution.
- Licensed or License Eligible as a Psychologist in Massachusetts.
- Proficient clinical skills, including assessment, intervention, and therapeutic techniques.
- Experience with diverse populations and a variety of psychological issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is: 40,000 USD per year.
