The Assistant Retail Operations Manager aids the Store Manager in the staffing, organization, merchandising, and overall management of a Seasonal Retail Location.

This position entails assisting the Store Manager with various responsibilities related to the efficient operation of the store, ensuring optimal sales and profitability by fostering excellent Customer Service, developing team members, managing expenses, minimizing losses, and overseeing all facets of merchandising and inventory management.

The candidate must be at least 18 years old and possess a flexible schedule to accommodate the demands of the role.

The physical requirements of this position include standing and walking for extended periods, climbing ladders, arranging displays, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Prior experience in retail management is essential.
