Restaurant Operations Manager

At Dunkin', we're committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a team of dedicated professionals to achieve this goal. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering a positive team environment by promoting respect, providing coaching and feedback, and recognizing achievements.
  • Hiring, training, and developing the right people to meet guest and business needs.
  • Continuously learning and passing on knowledge and skills to help others develop and grow.
  • Ensuring Brand standards and systems are executed, and engaging and empowering the team to develop solutions that drive business results.
  • Driving sales through effective execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
  • Delegating and leading processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of the team and guests through a focus on preventative maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Analyzing the restaurant environment and business results to identify opportunities and action plan with the team to set and achieve goals.


Requirements:

  • Able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing (English).
  • Math and financial management skills.
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
  • At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
  • High school diploma (or equivalent).
