About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team at Pizza Hut as a General Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering, stocking, and controlling inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
