Position Overview:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2nd shift - 2pm to 10pm (initial training on 1st shift from 6am to 2pm)
  • Compensation: $30-$32 per hour
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on various plant machinery and equipment, including mixers, coating machines, slitters, compressed air systems, and pumps.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems (non-coolant applications).
  • Execute general electrical repairs and maintenance, including the installation of electronic controls and equipment.
  • Manage electrical shutdowns and startups for low to medium voltage equipment.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance, inspections, and adjustments on all production and facility equipment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in HVAC, electronics, or industrial mechanics is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing setting, with expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in utilizing illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operational manuals for the installation, repair, modification, and maintenance of equipment.
