Program Analyst for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy

Job Description
Boston Government Services, LLC is an engineering, technology, and security firm helping to advance missions of national importance for government programs, national laboratories, national security facilities, nuclear operations, and complex projects. We support clients at every stage, from strategic planning and program management to the execution of engineering and technical activities.
We are looking for a skilled Program Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in preparing and giving presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project coordination for VTO's government-industry partnerships and RDD&D portfolio.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders and communicate relevant project and program information.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action items, presentation materials, and other materials for stakeholder or client meetings.
- Support execution of in-person or virtual meetings and participate in workshops or meetings, conferences, or events.
- Develop technical communication materials including reports, annual reports, PowerPoint presentations, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Develop stakeholder outreach materials and resources for internal and external audiences.
- Support annual merit review of vehicle research projects for effective and timely project management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years' experience in working in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize and communicate programmatic information to various stakeholders.
- Interpersonal skills to interface with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing and giving presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions.
- Ability to balance multiple long- and short-term projects and competing priorities.
Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 per year
