RMA Network, a prominent entity in the field of fertility services across the United States, is in search of a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to enhance our expanding team.

This is a full-time hybrid role, with standard hours from Monday to Friday, including occasional weekends and holidays.

Job Objective:

The Clinical Nurse Specialist will play a vital role within the patient care team, offering education and support to fertility patients throughout their treatment process.

The CNS will act as a treatment coordinator, ensuring each patient receives an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitates the coordination of care, management, and treatment of fertility patients.
Implements directives from healthcare providers through the management of diagnostic and clinical treatment strategies.

Delivers care to assigned patients by adhering to established RMA protocols, policies, and clinical guidelines: Reviews medical histories and laboratory findings.

Ensures precise data entry into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Communicates test outcomes and patient instructions
Provides comprehensive patient education throughout the treatment process. Sets clear expectations, informs patients/couples about testing, treatment alternatives, and RMA procedures.
Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient care services in the EMR.

Exhibits the skills and judgment necessary to execute the care plan. Performs nursing interventions and procedures as required to enhance patient safety and care.

Creates a supportive environment by offering emotional and psychological assistance to patients; alleviates patient concerns by anticipating anxieties, addressing inquiries, and providing reassurance.

Engages in the education and mentorship of nursing staff. Fosters a collaborative and efficient atmosphere both within and across departments.
Assists healthcare providers with in-office procedures as necessary.

Educational Background:
Current RN license without restrictions - required

Field of Study:
Nursing

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – highly preferred

Field of Study:
Nursing

Basic Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – required

Field of Study:
BCLS/ACLS

Position Requirements/Experience:
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings - required
Minimum of 2 years of practical nursing experience – New graduates will be considered
Previous experience in women's health care – preferred

Technical Proficiencies:
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
