  • Participate in the design of essential software components, systems, and functionalities.
  • Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software applications.
  • Generate and uphold documentation and specifications.
  • Create unit, integration, and other pertinent tests.
  • Oversee deliverables and timelines within an agile framework.
  • Guide and instruct team members on design principles and coding best practices.
  • Collaborate and coordinate deliverables with other technical teams within the organization.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into effective code.
  • Demonstrate the capability to adapt and learn new technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Guidewire development experience.
  • At least 4 years of practical experience with Java development.
  • Extensive experience with Policy Center and Billing Center.
  • Solid understanding of software/application design principles.

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven track record in Guidewire development.
  • Expertise in Java programming and development.
  • Strong grasp of software design fundamentals.
