BUDDYS HOME FURNISHING is seeking a highly skilled Credit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the credit operations of our store, ensuring that all customers are treated fairly and that our company policies are upheld.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payment of rent and lease agreements
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Prepare and review financial reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- 2+ years of experience in a credit management or customer service role
