Role Overview: The On Call Banquet Server is responsible for delivering food and beverage services to guests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner during both restaurant and banquet events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare the event space to meet the specifications outlined in the Banquet Event Order.
2. Serve food and beverage items to guests in accordance with established service standards.
3. Set up dining tables, buffets, and service areas as directed.
4. Communicate guest requests and feedback to the management team.
5. Maintain cleanliness in the banquet or catering kitchen, including coolers and equipment.
6. Assist with inventory management and monitor waste in the catering area.
7. Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating guest needs.
8. Adhere to safe work practices throughout all job functions.
9. Ensure regular and reliable attendance.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; three months of relevant experience or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
