Job Overview

Madden's On Gull is a renowned resort set on expansive grounds, dedicated to fulfilling the desires of its guests. With a focus on exceptional hospitality, our establishment offers a variety of amenities including premier golfing, fine dining, a lakeside spa, and numerous recreational activities.

Position Summary

We are currently in search of Seasonal Beverage Servers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Manage bar inventory, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked and maintained.
  • Adhere to local liquor laws and operational guidelines as set forth by management.
  • Address guest inquiries and relay any concerns to the appropriate management personnel.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and cleanliness of the bar area.
  • Utilize the Point of Sale system for transactions and record-keeping.
  • Review event schedules to stay informed about upcoming functions and special occasions.
  • Occasionally assist with serving food during events.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety protocols.
  • Demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with others as well as independently.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
