Position Overview:

The On Call Banquet Server plays a crucial role in delivering food and beverage services to guests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner for both restaurant and banquet settings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare the event space, ensuring it meets specified requirements.
2. Serve food and beverage items to guests following established protocols.
3. Set up dining tables, buffets, and service areas according to the Banquet Event Order or as instructed.
4. Communicate guest requests and concerns to the department manager.
5. Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the banquet or catering kitchen, coolers, and equipment.
6. Support inventory management and monitor waste in the banquet or catering area.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs.
8. Adhere to safe work practices in all job functions.
9. Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, along with three months of relevant experience and/or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
