Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Delivery Driver/Technician to join our team at Bean Family Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering medical equipment to patients' homes or healthcare facilities, while providing exceptional customer service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver medical equipment to patients' homes or healthcare facilities
  • Load and unload supplies, and provide instruction for each piece of equipment
  • Use communication skills to answer questions and resolve customer complaints professionally and compassionately
  • Work in a tobacco-free environment
Requirements
  • At least 21 years old
  • Ability to lift up to 90 lbs
  • Valid driver's license and impeccable driving record
  • Ability to pass a background and drug test
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Caring and personable demeanor
  • 2+ years of experience in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry is preferred
