Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Medical Provider to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide medical services to patients, including conducting comprehensive health assessments, developing treatment plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Conduct differential diagnosis, use prescriptive authority, and implement treatment plans according to practice guidelines and protocols.
- Record accurate consultation data in patients' records and charting in the patient's medical record is to be completed on the same day as the patient's visit.
- Instigate necessary invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests or investigations and interpret findings/reports.
- Provide safe, evidence-based, cost-effective, individualized patient care and contribute to the practice achieving its quality targets.
- Graduate of an accredited Advanced Nursing Program or Physician Assistant Program.
- Current license for the State of Texas.
- Prescriptive authority privileges through the State of Texas.
- BLS, ACLS, certification.
- 3 Medical Plans.
