Job Title: Health Services Supervisor

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Health Services Supervisor. This position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure that patient care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Critical care nursing experience.
  • Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
