Job Summary:

  • This VP of Finance and Operations will work closely with our executive team on strategic decision-making.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing a team of 5 responsible for AP, AR, general accounting functions, and IT.
  • Oversight of budgeting and forecasting, guiding software improvements and special projects, maintaining a standard cost system, and overseeing HR and IT.
  • Risk management and ad hoc projects will also be key responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of accounting experience, with previous experience supervising a team.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • A process improvement mindset and experience are essential.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $150k - $175k based on experience.
