Market Manager

Quantilus is seeking a skilled Market Manager to join our team in the North New Jersey area. As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for conducting thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities. You will work closely with our Marketing team to implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Working with Marketing to implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals
  • Developing critical success factors for new customer acquisition
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Developing and maintaining a network in the community to enhance product visibility
  • Actively pursuing business through outside sales calls and networking activities
  • Identifying new business opportunities to improve the company's profitability
  • Managing client relationships to maximize retention and grow the business


Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, management, or a similar field is preferred. 3+ years of management or related experience is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong project management skills, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project management tools is also required. Experience working in the spirits industry is a plus.
