What You'll Do

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Building relationships with clients and delivering exceptional risk solutions.
  • Working with internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities and maximize results.
  • Attending community events and participating in activities that drive new business sales goals.
  • Staying current on license and education requirements.
  • Attending internal and external trainings to stay up-to-date on insurance market trends and local laws.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid insurance license and driver's license.
  • 5+ years of employee benefits sales experience.
  • A thorough understanding of insurance underwriting and rating procedures.
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Competitive, persistent, and self-reliant, with high energy and sales drive.
