Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Product Knowledge and Sales: Utilize your expertise to identify client needs and inform/sell products that meet their requirements.
  • Support Teller Line: Assist the teller line as needed, ensuring seamless service to our clients.
  • Loan Applications and Dual Control Vault: Assist clients with loan applications and support dual control vault responsibilities, ensuring audit controls are met.
  • On-the-Job Training: Assist in the training of new associates, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • 2-5 Years of Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a teller or universal banker, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Relationship Banking Experience: 2-5 years of relationship banker or retail banker experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
