Job Title: Relationship Banker

As a Relationship Banker, you'll play a key role in deepening relationships with clients, providing personalized banking and advice, and supporting their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Open Accounts and Support Bank Products: Assist clients with opening accounts and introducing them to other bank products and services.
  • Identify Client Needs and Inform/Sell Products: Use your expertise to identify client needs and inform/sell products that meet their financial goals.
  • Support Teller Line as Needed: Assist the teller line as needed, ensuring seamless service to clients.
  • Assist with Loan Applications: Help clients with loan applications, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Assist with Dual Control Vault Responsibilities and Audit Controls: Ensure compliance with dual control vault responsibilities and audit controls.
  • Assist with On-the-Job Training of New Associates: Mentor new associates, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2-5 Years of Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a teller or universal banker, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Relationship Banker Experience: 2-5 years of relationship banker or retail banker experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Background Check: As part of the employment process, you'll need to meet the requirements of a background credit check.
