Experienced Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Insurance Account Manager to join our team at All Saints Insurance, LLC. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, and building long-term client relationships through personalized service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client policy changes, inquiries, and claims efficiently
- Provide tailored advice and insurance solutions to meet each client's unique needs
- Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities for cross-selling
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and agency growth
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and in person
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance customer service or account management
- Licensed Property & Casualty Agent (Louisiana) or willing to become licensed within 30 days
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with insurance software NowCerts and CRM systems AgencyZoom
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
